Delivery options, costs and timescales are set by each retailer and shown at their checkout. Compare the delivery charge as well as the item price — the cheapest listing is not always the cheapest order total.

Most stores accept returns of unworn shoes in their original box within a set window (often 14 to 30 days, and longer in some countries). Worn or customised pairs are usually excluded. Check the store's returns policy before ordering.

Refunds are issued by the retailer to your original payment method. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, raise it with that retailer's customer service team.
