We collect information you submit, such as your name, email address, contact topic, message, and consent record. If alerts or accounts are introduced, their data will be described before collection. We also process technical data needed to serve and secure the site, including IP-derived security signals, device and browser information, pages requested, referral information, and timestamps.
When you follow a live retailer offer, we may record the offer, partner, time, and limited referral information to operate affiliate attribution, prevent abuse, and measure performance. The destination retailer and affiliate network process the visit under their own policies.
3. Why we use information

- Maintain security, diagnose failures, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.
- Measure and improve site performance and comparison quality.
- Meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
4. How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use role-based access, multi-factor administrator authentication, secure transport, destination allowlists, audit logging, and data minimization. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to Deal Nest Inc., you may also have rights to know, obtain a copy, opt out, limit certain uses, appeal a decision, or receive non-discriminatory treatment. 7. Children
The service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the service, vendors, or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will receive additional notice when required.
