1. Agreement and operator
These terms are between you and Deal Nest Inc., a Georgia, USA company, for use of the Kick Price World website and services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Comparison service, not a seller
Kick Price World helps users compare information supplied by retailers, affiliate networks, and other sources. We do not sell, stock, fulfill, ship, warrant, or accept returns for retailer products. A purchase is made directly from the retailer and is governed by its terms and policies.
3. Prices and product matches
Prices, taxes, shipping, stock, sizes, descriptions, and promotions can change without notice. Always confirm the exact product, color, size, total price, retailer, and terms on the retailer website before buying. We aim for accurate matching but do not guarantee that every listing or identifier is complete or error-free.
Records marked “Demo” are fictional samples for testing the interface. They are not live products or offers and cannot be used to make a purchase.
4. Affiliate relationships
We may earn a commission when you click a clearly identified partner link and make a qualifying purchase. This does not normally change the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the service for personal, lawful comparison. You may not disrupt or probe the service; bypass security or rate limits; submit malicious content; scrape at a level that harms operations; impersonate others; misuse trademarks; or use data in a deceptive, unlawful, or competing database without permission.
6. Intellectual property
The Kick Price World service, design, code, and original content belong to Deal Nest Inc. or its licensors. Third-party product names, marks, and imagery belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison. See our Intellectual Property Notice.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Deal Nest Inc. disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for retailer conduct, product quality, purchasing decisions, outages, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Georgia will hear disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise.
